hi, i’m sydney!

I'm a 25 year old, Orlando, Florida based graphic designer with a love for music, coffee, and theme parks.

I moved from North Carolina to Florida in January of 2020 to participate in the Disney College Program, but unfortunately had to return home in March due to the pandemic.

I returned to Florida that summer with the intention of working for Walt Disney World again, but found myself back in school preparing a portfolio to apply for the Emerging Media, Graphic Design program at UCF. And now... here I am! Currently working part time as a character attendant at Disney World and part time as a graphic designer at Inspire Placemaking Collective!

I completed my degree- a B.F.A. in Emerging Media, Graphic Design track, at University of Central Florida- in December of 2023.

My goal is to eventually be a merchandise designer for musicians or to work in graphic design for Walt Disney Imagineering. I have experience with branding, website design, merchandise design, video & audio editing, and packaging design. I am always willing to learn and experiment with new and different projects!

I'm type one diabetic and I have a diabetic alert dog named Ericka! She's a golden doodle with a goofy personality!
A goal of mine is to work for Disney in some kind of design capacity!
I am a fangirl at heart. I love Harry Styles (I've been a directioner since 2011, represent.), Taylor Swift, Noah Kahan, ROLE MODEL… you name it.
I have many tattoos and love to show my interests through that art form.
My favorite Disney characters are Fawn, Elsa, Tinker Bell, and Peter Pan.
I have an obsession with coffee- finding local coffee shops wherever I go is my specialty.
I was a competitive dancer for 10 years where I performed in Walt Disney World twice and the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade once!
My comfort shows are New Girl and Glee - I've watched both all the way through approximately 8 times.
